There’s a new rule rollin’ in hot — and if you miss it,
you could be out a load, a payout, or worse…
🚨 Starting June 25, if a driver can’t prove they speak English?
They get put out-of-service. Right there at the roadside.
Not next time. Not a warning.
Immediately.
No apps. No cue cards. No interpreters.
And here’s the kicker…
Some shippers are already slipping English-only clauses into contracts.
Refuse to pay if you send someone who can’t pass the test.
Yikes.
If you're dispatching carriers who can’t…
…you might be left holding the bag.
Might wanna start asking a new question when booking carriers.
âś… Can they drive?
âś… Are they insured?
âś… Can they order a cheeseburger in English?
(Jokes aside… this is real. Connor’s Law is already in Congress. And DOT is not playin’.)
Heads up. Stay sharp. Cover your tail.
